Day 2
Breakfast: [0830]
2 Hard boiled eggs, 5 slices pineapple, 
Black Tea with Mint (no sugar)
BWS: 0900


Lunch: [1620]
2 Chicken breasts [1sm, 1med] with salsa (no sugar), 1 slice pineapple, 2 cups broccoli sauteed with salsa (no sugar added), Black Coffee with Mint (no sugar)

BWS: 1600,

Dinner: [2030]
Chicken breast, broccoli
Coffee with mint, no sugar (left over from lunch)

BWS: 2000

Notes: I don't normally eat breakfast; if I do eat it (because I am up and out early), then I usually don't eat again until early dinner (5-7pm). And I don't eat in this quantity, so it's weird... I'm having to force myself to finish lunch and dinner... and this is food that I like! My children are teasing me, because I'm having trouble finishing. My eldest says that Coach doesn't know that my stomach is only THIS big (holds up a standard sized light bulb). My youngest began singing Weird Al Yankovic's song, "Eat It"

And it's only Day 2!!! Not being hungry on a fat-burning eating plan... what a good "problem" to have. :-)
