[I don't know what happened to the other peach; I suspect that my daughter ate it :-( ]

Large apple, 1 teaspoon unsweetened almond butter
Fresh peaches, bought by the box, the brands of unsweetened almond milk, almond butter and coconut milk I use.
The back label of the almond butter. It turns out this was the least expensive almond butter, *and* the only one that didn't have sweeteners. Score!
Notes: I realized that without thinking, I bought my usual vegetable oil when shopping for this diet, and standard vegetable oil is soybean oil! : oops : So, no worries, I picked up a bucket of coconut oil and are using that for everything now. Tasty and healthy :-)
I'm getting better at remembering to do the BWS; I'm remembering them whenever I have to use the bathroom (which also avoids comments about why I'm exercising every hour, lol!), I can get better at it, though :-)
