Day 19
Breakfast: [0825]
Peach "smoothie" (peaches, ice, and 1 teaspoon almond butter), 1 teaspoon almond butter (eaten on side of smoothie); I only ate about half of this, it's a BIG container! (I will probably eat it tomorrow morning, if the children don't eat it first, lol!!)

Lunch: [1240]
2 pieces Tilapia, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and onions

Dinner: [1715]
Sausage, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and onions
