Tilapia, broccoli, salad [no dressing] (I did not eat the bread... I ordered the plate without rice, but didn't realize that it came with bread, too.), unsweetened tea
Snack: [2215] 1 teaspoon almond butter (Blue Diamond Almond Butter Ingredients: Almonds, Sea Salt [peanut free]), 1 med fresh peach
Notes: If I eat the food in order Protein, Veg, Fruit, I have no problems getting it down. If I eat the veg first, it is more difficult, and if I eat the fruit first, I have to force myself to eat it. It looks like Mom was right; eat your food, then dessert :-)
