Day 18
Breakfast: [0934]
Sausage, egg, lettuce, tomato, and onion (mayo, salt & cracked black pepper as the dressing on the lettuce/tomato)

Lunch: [1534]

Lean Pork Loin with onions, lettuce, tomato, and mayo (dressing)

Dinner: [2000]
2 pieces Tilapia, broccoli, carrots, onions

Notes: After drinking lots of Red Rooibos Tea, I am feeling much better. Picking up exercise again tomorrow! :-)
