Day 3
Breakfast: [0830]

2 hardboiled eggs, 2 slices pineapple, Coffee with fresh Mint (no sugar)

Lunch: [1510]
Chicken breast with mustard, sauteed broccoli with mustard, 
lg apple, Coffee with mint
BWS: 1500

Snack: [1805]
Almond milk (unsweetened) with blueberries
BWS: 1800

Dinner: [1915]
Fish, broccoli & cauliflower

Notes: I'm not so uncomfortable today; I even got a snack in :-) ... The difference? Eating lunch slightly earlier in the day.
