Day 23
Breakfast: [0625]
No photo [phone was dead :-( ]
Sausage and egg with onions, salt and pepper, lettuce and tomato (no mayo)

Lunch: [1530]
2 peaches and 2 handfuls of blueberries
(a day on the run; and I went to pick up peaches and blueberries on an empty stomach)

Dinner: [1820]
Chicken and squash
(I only ate about half of the squash; the fruit ruined my appetite)

Notes: I need to order some jerky, and keep a can of almonds in my bag/car at all times in case things get busy. When I got hungry, I just grabbed a handful of blueberries or a peach and ate it... better than eating fast food, but still not optimal for the FFD phase that I am in. Because if I don't pay attention when I am busy, I will slip into eating fruit at the wrong times. This is another area to work on; staying in the moment :-)

BWS were done at times below (remembering to do them when I use the bathroom for any reason helps).
0730, 0900, 1030, 1200, 1330, 1745, 1900, 2030
