Notes: For the first time, I was able to *see* the changes in my body in the mirror with a casual glance... *yay*!! I had seen the changes on the tape measure, but I couldn't see the difference in the mirror, unless I looked hard (the results of perfectionism, I suppose). *AND* I was working on something, and I noticed that I could see muscle definition on my forearms... something I hadn't noticed before... **WOW**
(Can you tell that I'm excited, lol!!)
Not to mention that I'm sleeping better, have lots more energy, and all in all generally feel great!!
