Notes: Whew!!

Time flies when you are having fun... it's been a busy week, and while noting what I eat on a piece of paper is fine, I'm just going to have to sit down and blog it every day,  because getting 2 or 3 days behind means that I wind up procrastinating about posting online, which is why I'm now posting over a weeks' worth of meals... Bad girl!

The other thing is that when the stress goes up, my appetite goes down, which means that I wind up feeling cold again, and then I have to force-feed... eww.

Looking at the measurements, I have to do more lower-body work, because my thighs haven't budged :-( and I have to remember to eat. I did remember not to skip any meals (those were the times that I had some almond butter and carrots), but I know that the quantity wasn't enough, and occasionally, I was hungry, but it was after 2100, so I passed on a snack.

Other than that, all seems to be going well. I still feel pretty good, plenty of energy... just not much appetite these days. I'll do better this week with that, though. I may have to get more regimented in what I eat, and see how it goes.
